Featuring a distinctive and stylish three-door design, the Scirocco R can trace its design roots back to the sporty Scirocco of the 1970s. Updated and redesigned for the 21st century the low, wide profile with prominent wheel arches and uncompromising lines immediately speak of the high-performance beast that lurks within.
‘R’ Styling
From the first time your glance meets the Scirocco R you know the car means business. Subtle ‘R’ badges on the front grille and rear tailgate are the first signs to speak of the car’s performance ability. From the front notice the R-specific radiator grille in gloss black and the imposing R-Specific front bumper with 3 large lower air intakes with gloss black louvre style grille inserts designed to help the car cut through the air. Moving around the side and rear of the car, the stylish gloss black door mirrors, gloss black brake calipers and wide sills in body colour continue its imposing presence. The large R-specific rear spoiler, dark tinted tail lights, R-specific rear bumper with integrated gloss black diffuser and chrome-plated visible dual tailpipes, mounted right and left, complete the impressive exterior R-specific detailing.
Lighting
For superior clarity and visibility and featuring stylish R-specific black headlight housing, Scirocco R includes as standard powerful Bi-Xenon headlights for both low and high beam and stylish LED daytime driving lights located in the front bumper. The Bi-Xenon headlights are a development of Volkswagen’s Xenon headlight technology and use an electromagnetically operated shutter to control light output.

No matter how powerful the engine, how slick the gearbox or how perfectly tuned the dynamics, these factors will all be worthless without the ability to transmit power to the ground. Luckily the Scirocco R is equipped with our stunning Talladega 19x8-inch alloy wheels, wrapped in low profile 235/35 R19 tyres.
